PROCUREMENT OF GOODS

NATIONAL COMPETITIVE TENDER (NCT)

1. The Bia Lamplighter college of Education, Sefwi Debiso intends to apply part of its GETFUND allocation to fund eligible payments under contract for the Supply of Non-Consumables items (Tables and Chairs) to enhance teaching and learning as shown below:

2. The   Bia Lamplighter College of Education invites sealed Tenders from eligible Supplier’s for the Procurement of Tables and Chairs for Teaching and Learning.

Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tender procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 663; as amended and the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana.

3. Tenders and Samples must be delivered to the address below on or before 10: 00 am , Tuesday 6th May, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for 90 days after the deadline of submission of Tenders.

4. A complete set of Tender documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders from the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢300.00)

5. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers’ or Tenderers’ representatives who choose to attend at the ICT Laboratory, Bia Lamplighter College of Education-Sefwi Debiso, Western North Region,10: 30 am, 6th May, 2025

6. Interested eligible Tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender documents at the address given below from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Mondays to Fridays from Tuesday 23rd April 2025.
